Our Refund and Return Policy

Refund

Klhaskaa Creations’ products are of high quality. We take utmost care in display our products in our webtsite & mobile applications. We also feel that it is difficult, sometimes, to know a work of art from website/applications. If the customer receives our products in damaged condition or received wrong products, Customers have two options.

1. Opt for full refund
2. Return and Replacement of products.

Customer should immediately contact our Customer care center through email info@klhaskaa.com or with our customer care number +91 96209 72590 with the image of the product that are received. It should be received within 24 hours of receipt of the products.  Our customer care will arrange the return pick up of the products. Once it is received at our warehouse, we will initiate replacement or refund as per your choice. The refund will take 7 working days from the date of receipt back of the damagaed product and getting the bank account information of the customer.  

If we do not receive the information within 24 hours of receipt of damaged/wrong  products , Klhaskaa Creations will not be responsible for any refund or return.
